Easy tie down points

SIMPLE…

I was looking for locations to attach cargo straps in luggage area of my LR3 and realized that there wasn’t any great places to attach without hooks. Previously I had purchase 1″ bolt plates to create tie down points for my DIY fridge slide so it dawned on me that they would be perfect for this newly found “need”. For this mod all that was required was to remove the factory bolts that connect the rear seats to the floor subframe. I simply placed the factory bolt through the bolt plate and attached it to the original location. Now I have 2 tie down points behind my rear seats. Quite possibly this is one of the easiest mods I’ve ever done and the cheapest considering the bolt plates are only $.85 each ?
